This program was built out of the recognition that many mid-career level women want a mentor, but not necessarily within their own firm. Each participating firm defines the pivot point at which it sees a divergence between career paths of men and women, and invites key women in this “danger zone” into the program. Men and women executives with substantial business experience and leadership roles in their organizations serve as mentors. Our mentees have access to impartial advice and our mentors gain eye-opening insights into the issues likely being faced by women in their organizations.


This program offers three large events for our mentors and mentees to hear from various leaders from all industries. There are also several mentee breakfasts throughout the program for the mentees to network and hear from senior leaders. This program is offered to member companies of the U.S. 30% Club.
